the same problem is with a default WP theme. So it’s not a theme issue. It can be caused by some plugin.

You are the first client with such problem. My theme use the same code like Login widget ofd BP.
Send me login do your WP dashboard or remove whole WP installation and start again because you have some mess in settings.
Probably you still use outdated built-in forums.

The problem is the same. They should make it working with all such plugins without asking other developers to spend few days to learn architecture of rtmedia plugin.

There can be some problem with WPML or other plugin.

Does it work when a default WP theme is active? There can be 1000 reasons of it.
Each group can have 1 forum. Probably you disabled forum for this group or disabled bbpress plugin. Check default WP theme.

Forum tab will be on the same place.
Users don’t have access to live demo because they can make a mess posting some random posts. On the live demo everything must look perfect.
Yuo have to change core so edit core files or use some plugin.
You can create groups without forum but you have to change redirection:
