2. Go to Tools → Import and install WordPress importer. Now run importer and import pages (save as) [XML is here]. Check out the Download and import file attachments option.
Optionally you can import blog posts too or all possible content. If you want to import 100% of demo content then you should follow instructions in the Demo content folder.
2. Cinematix is more complex theme than for example Astra Theme which seems like an another simple theme with 100s variants without messaging system, likes, achievements etc, it can be easy imported with WP XML importer, unfortunately social network features are more complex and it needs different solution if you want to make sure it will work fine fot most clients. Anyway if you have problem installing it then let me know so I will install it for you within seconds.
3. Actually there is no buddypress theme allowing to customize buddypress pages with page builder because it would require team work of dozens developers. Even if there will be such theme then probably it will lose compatibility with 100s buddypress extensions.
